Job Description: Manages diverse administrative functions usually for a very large, complex department or business unit. Functions managed may include: financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and coordination of certain projects, associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, or communication. May consult with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products. Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices. May have full management responsibility over a team or may manage one level of managers.

Requirements

  • Ability to execute event strategy from conception to delivery
  • Excellent relationship and facilitation skills with the ability to proactively navigate complexities of gaining buy-in, driving collaboration and resolve conflicts at all levels
  • Strong communicator who instills confidence and is able to crisply define and communicate concepts and tailor messaging to audiences appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with ability to analyze data, distill key data points and effectively present complex information
  • Proactively builds deep relationship with teammates/key partners
  • Process oriented with keen attention to detail
  • Highly organized and motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow in your career

Responsibilities

  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations: including monthly routines, budget tracking, communication creation and distribution, onsite event management when possible, results tracking and additional logistical support.
  • Establish and ensure high standards for program delivery and execution across all commitments.
  • Work closely across multiple stakeholders to problem solve, address challenges and remove obstacles
