What you will do The project coordinator position is responsible for handling all aspects of a large customer based in Florida. This role is responsible for leading, planning, executing, all service work orders and inspections. The PC will be the main contact for this large customer. They oversee all phases of customer expectations, ensures alignment across many internal teams such as operations, scheduling, technical resources, and finance. This role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, risk management, and professional communication to drive successful outcomes. The coordinator ensures accuracy of documentation, tracks timelines, facilitates communication, and manages day -to-day operations for this customer. This is a fast passed position with very minimal down time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees resource allocation and manage cross functional teams’ involvement with customer.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, to JCI and customer management.
  • Communicate daily with customers and internal teams for all work.
  • Maintains strong customer relationships and ensures satisfaction
  • Identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies and resolves issues.
  • Ensure full compliance between JCI and customers by the contract.
  • Manage project financials, billing corrections, AR spreadsheets, open call spreadsheets and all documentation.
