About The Position

As a Business Supply Chain Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Translate portfolio business objectives into ESC requirements and develop end-to-end operational plans for execution in partnership with the functions of Plan, Source, Make, Deliver (PSMD). Orchestrate supply chain performance to plan by Division/Portfolio (cost of quality improvement, service, inventory). Identify, prioritize, and lead division specific improvement projects across the supply chain through fundamental engineering and supply chain operations principles. Lead SOS selection process and CMP projects using standardized tools. Partner across division and Enterprise Supply Chain resources to actively manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence. Partner with division and Enterprise Supply Chain technical leaders through New Product Introductions; development, scale-up and launch. Ensure long-range capacity plans, supply chain architecture and network will support the required growth for the business. Determine what is needed to drive service, quality, cost, cash, reliability across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
  • Twelve (12) years of combined experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role in a private, public, government or military environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Demonstrated track record developing and implementing strategies across a global supply chain organization.
  • Strong Communication and Change Management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen
