This job is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. The Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager is a key contributor within Global Operations, partnering with Line of Business leaders, Process Owners, Change Management teams, and data partners to drive strategic initiatives, process optimization, and measurable business value. This role brings together process design, initiative execution, advanced analytics, and value storytelling to support enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and a process-driven culture. This individual owns initiatives end-to-end — from discovery and assessment through solution design, implementation, value realization, and executive communication — ensuring that strategy, process, technology, and data are aligned to deliver outcomes that matter. The ideal candidate is a strong influencer and trusted advisor, equally comfortable challenging the status quo, analyzing complex data, building executive-ready narratives, and leading cross-functional stakeholders through transformation.
