Job Description: This job is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes aligned to the bank's priorities within a functional area and/or business. Key responsibilities include defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and/or processes including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership in close collaboration with key stakeholders and internal partners. This role will partner closely with senior management to build, implement and monitor the operational risk framework for policies, procedures, and standards as well as support strategic initiatives across the Private Wealth Management, International & Institutional businesses. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can lead projects and initiatives while maintaining strong attention to detail and risk discipline. This role is responsible for supporting growth in the business by executing client selection governance and monitoring routines, overseeing business metrics and program analysis, as well as project support at different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse business and risk expertise, be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, control partners and work closely with other teams within the LOB.
