About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is looking for Business Strategy Analyst to support the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization's strategic roadmap. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving product strategy and performance and providing insights that shape the future of Collectibles. This role reports directly to the Manager, Strategy supporting the Sr. Director of Strategy. Strong candidates can expect to support multiple projects, gain exposure & tackle key business objectives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly flexible self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple high-priority initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Proactive self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems, driving results, and continuous improvement.
  • Confident, intellectually curious, and adept at navigating ambiguity with a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive multiple high-impact, long-term and ad-hoc business initiatives and, together with the Strategy team, work cross-functionally to ensure project success
  • Actively plan and manage high visibility Collectibles programs; collaborate with key stakeholders to scope, research, and size opportunities
  • Support demand forecasting and collaborate with Commercial and Product teams on product planning and go-to-market sales strategy
  • Set goals, report findings, deliver recommendations, and help present progress updates to the Fanatics Collectibles executives
  • Engage with a wide array of internal teams and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations accordingly
  • Become a subject-matter-expert in all things Trading Cards!
