The role of a Business Strategy Analyst in the Client Success Enablement team is responsible for analyzing operations, business needs in order to propose optimized solutions, often related to the operations of account management in the Client Success organization including, processes, scorecards, and system management. Their role consists of identifying problems, collecting and interpreting data, and then translating these insights into concrete recommendations to improve operational or strategic initiatives. Please note: this role is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in the posted location.
