About The Position

The Business Sourcer will identify and engage top talent across multiple business functions at Chime. This person will conduct market mapping, build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to ensure we attract and engage the best talent in the market. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $82,820 and up to $114,800. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and supports all non-technical functions within the business, including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other key business areas. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition team (specifically recruiters), People Partners, and business leaders to build strong, diverse pipelines that enable the business to hire top talent efficiently and thoughtfully.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment or tech space.
  • Market mapping and talent research expertise across multiple business domains.
  • Strong partnership with hiring stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Deep understanding of diversity sourcing and inclusive outreach practices.
  • Creative and data-driven sourcing approach.
  • Excellent written communication skills for proactive outreach and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent across key business areas.
  • Build and execute a proactive sourcing and outreach strategy.
  • Conduct research and market mapping to inform hiring priorities.
  • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to deliver a high-quality, diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Use data to track sourcing performance and continuously improve pipeline health.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and candidate quality.
