Our platform includes online ordering, B2B invoicing, payroll, lending, 200 plus ERP, CRM, and accounting integrations, along with built in chargeback and fraud management. We partner with restaurants, B2B services, SaaS, eCommerce, healthcare, and retail businesses to simplify operations, reduce friction, and drive growth. Business Solution Sales Specialist We are growing our San Diego sales team and seeking motivated, relationship driven field sales professionals who excel in face to face selling and enjoy helping local businesses modernize how they get paid and operate. If you thrive in the field, value territory ownership, and want to sell solutions with strong product market fit, this role offers uncapped earning potential and a large, open market to build long term success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B field sales experience in payments, POS, merchant services, or SaaS with comfort owning face to face sales conversations
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close business
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with business owners and decision makers
  • An owner’s mindset with high self motivation, organization, and accountability
  • Ability to learn technology quickly and communicate its value in clear, practical terms

Nice To Haves

  • An existing network of merchants, restaurant operators, or referral partners is a strong plus, though consistent prospectors are equally valued

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined territory and build your pipeline through in-market prospecting, referrals, community events, and targeted B2B outreach
  • Spend your time face to face with business owners including restaurants, retail, and local operators, uncovering real needs and presenting payment and POS solutions that help them run better businesses
  • Run the entire sales cycle from first conversation through install, activation, and go live with full ownership
  • Build long term merchant relationships that generate residual income, referrals, and repeat opportunities
  • Control your schedule, territory, and pipeline with high autonomy and accountability
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and deal stages in the CRM
  • Continuously improve through ongoing sales enablement, product training, and direct field feedback
