What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in guiding customers from complex challenges to structured, scalable solutions — combining strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong experience in solution architecture within SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of PIM, product data structures, taxonomy, and digital commerce workflows
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and modern architecture patterns (microservices, cloud)
• The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable solutions
• Confidence in leading workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest or experience in AI/ML applied to data, automation, or personalization
• Experience with data modeling and mapping tools
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and partners
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or similar
• Around 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Advisory: Lead the design of end-to-end PIM solutions, including data models, business processes, integrations, and governance frameworks. Translate business needs into clear solution blueprints aligned with Inriver’s platform capabilities and best practices.
• Customer & Partner Collaboration: Run workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business goals and product data challenges. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to implementation and optimization.
• Implementation Guidance & Quality Assurance: Support and guide implementation teams (both Inriver and partners), ensuring architectural integrity, quality standards, and alignment with best practices. Conduct reviews of existing implementations and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Innovation & AI Enablement: Design and promote the use of AI and automation in PIM strategies — from data enrichment and classification to predictive insights and dynamic content. Help customers leverage emerging technologies to accelerate time-to-value.
• Internal Contribution & Enablement: Share expertise across internal teams including Product Management and Support. Contribute to training materials and partner enablement initiatives to strengthen the broader Inriver ecosystem.
