Where You Will Work Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support global operations in finance, human resources, information technology, planning and more from the main office, satellite offices or online. What You Will Do Serve as a strategic partner in advancing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related business processes. This role focuses on identifying and delivering opportunities for improvement in information systems, workflow design, and operational efficiency within the laboratory domain. Responsibilities include analyzing existing and proposed LIMS solutions and developing strategies for implementation and integration that align with departmental and corporate objectives. Define and own the strategic roadmap for StarLIMS Information Management System and supporting lab workflows and processes. You will identify opportunities for improvement in LIMS, business processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and align with organizational objectives. Develop and execute strategies for implementing, integrating, and optimizing LIMS solutions and related technologies. Monitor system performance, recommend enhancements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across laboratory operations. Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. Provide ongoing support for existing LIS platforms, including upgrades, reimplementation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in information services, process technology field, including 4 years of project management experience on medium to large system implementations OR Associate degree and 7 years of experience in information services, process technology field, including 4 years of project management experience on medium to large system implementations OR High School diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience in information services, process technology field, including 4 years of project management experience on medium to large system implementations
  • Minimum 5 years designing and implementing StarLIMS Architecture
  • Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL), APIs, and middleware solutions for system connectivity
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional projects, developing solution architectures, and managing system implementations
  • Excellent ability to translate technical concepts into business language and collaborate with laboratory, IT, and business teams

Responsibilities
