About The Position

We are currently seeking a Business Services Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety-centric team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great customer service
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate level skills in Excel (i.e. pivot table and VLookups)
- Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and processes customer and vendor quotes
- Addresses customer / vendors questions, comments, and concerns
- Works with other departments to ensure that project requests are fulfilled and given to the customer for approval
- Communicates with team members and customers on inventory levels and shipment arrival estimates
- Assisting customers and/or vendors in problem resolution.
