The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors. Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare and process outgoing mail for delivery Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure. Demonstrates Wynn's core values when interacting guests Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management Perform all other job-related duties as requested
