About The Position

The person in this position establishes relations with local businesses and industries for the purpose of identifying employment opportunities for the participants. The person also provides retention support services and follow-up to the employed participant through job placement. This position is under the general guidance and supervision of the Business Services Professional Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration or related field
• Knowledge of the local job market, job development and skill building
• Valid MI license and ability to meet agency’s insurance company’s standards for coverage

Nice To Haves

• Workforce Development experience preferred
