Manage daily operations of the assigned clinics including, but not limited to: Check-in/checkout Scheduling Benefit/eligibility verification Answering of phones Medical records Mail delivery Staff competency Training while maintaining a professional and friendly environment Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Expected to be able to perform every job duty in the front office space. Assist with managing mileage sheets, and purchase requests. Assist all staff with the payroll process, review schedules, missed punches, and hourly entry for accuracy. Maintain clinical and office supply list and orders supplies when low. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Maintains office policies, procedures, and daily workflow. Optimize patient care amongst the provider schedules. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in all situations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Liaison with facility management including but not limited to environmental services, IT, and Materials. Assist the Coordinator with marketing and recruitment as well as employee satisfaction for current employees. Other duties as assigned.
