Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the assigned clinics including, but not limited to: Check-in/checkout Scheduling Benefit/eligibility verification Answering of phones Medical records Mail delivery Staff competency Training while maintaining a professional and friendly environment Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Expected to be able to perform every job duty in the front office space. Assist with managing mileage sheets, and purchase requests. Assist all staff with the payroll process, review schedules, missed punches, and hourly entry for accuracy. Maintain clinical and office supply list and orders supplies when low. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Maintains office policies, procedures, and daily workflow. Optimize patient care amongst the provider schedules. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in all situations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Liaison with facility management including but not limited to environmental services, IT, and Materials. Assist the Coordinator with marketing and recruitment as well as employee satisfaction for current employees. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Required Education None Required Licenses and/or Certifications Current Driver’s license and auto insurance Required Work experience Must have experience working with computers. Knowledge of basic office functions such as message taking, cash drawer balancing, and data entry. Requires 2 or more years of experience in a medical facility handling patient accounts and extensive knowledge of medical insurance. Previous management/supervisor experience. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities Excellent customer service, time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in all situations. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must keep a positive attitude and ability to work closely with others and be willing to exceed the expectations of patients, providers and co-workers. Must be able to work and complete tasks with little supervision and critical thinking. Ability to navigate and utilize computer programs and multi-line phone system. Demonstrate flexibility and respond to changing situations and workflows. Must always support and demonstrate the Gritman Way values and behavioral standards. Preferred qualifications 2+ years working in Epic- Patient Registration and Self Pay functions, CPT and ICD-10 knowledge
