About The Position

An immediate opening for a Business Services Manager at our Main office located at 111 W. Front Street in Berwick. The ideal candidate will be a positive, pro-active, problem solving, team player, willing to hold themselves accountable. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Cash Management function of the Bank, developing new cash management business, and expanding existing business relationships by participating in attaining the Bank's commercial fee and deposit goals through cash management services and other commercial product promotions and efforts. Actively seeks to market and sell cash management products and services to corporate banking clients and prospects; prepares proposals for cash management services to existing and prospective customers. BS or BA degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years related experience. Must be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
