What You’ll Do The Business Office Director coordinates and manages all Business Office functions, including team member safety, human resources, training, payroll, workers’ compensation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer service. The position collaborates with the Compass Senior Living accounting office and assists the Administrator as needed. As a Business Office Director, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations: You will accept and deposit resident payments and routinely review the resident roster for accuracy. You will develop and implement collection plans to collect revenue. You will process new hire paperwork, including background checks, payroll increases, and evaluations. You will receive, code, and prepare invoices for payment. You will process payroll. You be responsible for managing team member training and in-service documentation.
