This temporary position is located at 333 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh - Wake County, with the Office of State Human Resources. Job Order Hourly Rate of Pay: $30.00 (Based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application). Requirements

  • High school of General Educational Development (GED) diploma and five years of related administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, matching invoices, including travel reimbursements, workers' comp payments, using the Department of Administration (DOA) SharePoint site.
  • Responsible for the Local Government and Learning Development billing, collection, reconciliation, reporting activities, and delinquency notifications and referrals to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
  • Coordinate the use of the Department of Revenue (DOR) Debt Setoff Program for delinquent accounts.
  • Provide effective supervision for the Administrative Support associate and reception services.
