About The Position

Sources and matches candidates to job openings; maintains current job listings Builds and sustains strong relationships with employers and community partners Assists businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes Organizes job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations Monitors employer satisfaction and collaborates with staff to improve placements Ideal candidate: Customer service background with strong relationship-building and consulting skills Must be will to travel to events and employer meetings across the eight county region is required for this role

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or 2 years of relevant work experience in business to business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing or recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
• Strong presentation skills with public speaking or outside sales experience
• Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
• Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required

Nice To Haves

• Sales or staffing experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
