We are looking for a Business Resource Center Rep to join our REXEL team Remotely! Summary: The Business Resource Center Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer/branch relationships through the multiple platforms that are supported by the company, including the strategic accounts programs. Communicates with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and web-based solutions throughout the entire order to remittance process. Acts as an extension and support arm of the company’s sales force to support region/business wide key initiatives and ensures customer satisfaction standards are met. Be an integral piece, early adopter, and proponent of the company’s expanding digital tools. Maintains and updates content on the digital platforms that are offered by Rexel USA.
