Fidelity Bank is seeking a Business Relationship Specialist to support the full lifecycle of merchant services for our business and commercial clients. This client‑facing role serves as the primary liaison between clients, relationship managers, and our processing vendor, with most client communication taking place by phone. Responsibilities include application completion, terminal programming, client onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and annual compliance support. The specialist plays a key role in strengthening client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and a consultative service approach, while also supporting sales growth through reporting, administrative support, pipeline auditing, and performance tracking. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, goal‑driven, and highly organized, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are committed to delivering exceptional client service while upholding Fidelity Bank’s core values and compliance standards.
