About The Position

As a Business Relationship Manager working in remote in the United States, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as a bridge between business units, TTEC IT, and technology vendors to ensure technology initiatives directly contribute to achieving business goals. This is a high-profile role for a strategic, relationship-focused professional who understands both business needs and technology capabilities. The BRM is deeply embedded with their business partners- building trust, refining processes, and ensuring technology supports outcomes rather than hinders them. They bring a product mindset: treating tools as evolving assets that must stay compliant, deliver measurable value, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field-or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Project, Program, Product, or Portfolio Management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS systems, vendor management, and technology lifecycle practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain productive relationships across teams.

  • Experience working with legal, compliance, or risk teams is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, TTEC IT, and technology vendors, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment.
  • Communicate frequently and consistently with assigned business units to understand goals, challenges, and technology priorities.
  • Translate business opportunities into actionable solutions that integrate smoothly into everyday workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships and roadmaps, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews with business leadership.
  • Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, data privacy, security, and operational requirements.
  • Partner with TTEC IT to ensure systems are effectively maintained and evolve to meet changing business needs.
  • Identify and champion opportunities where technology can increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support growth.
  • Drive adoption and return on investment for technology initiatives, ensuring that business teams feel supported by their tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the business and IT, ensuring mutual understanding and shared success
