As a Business Relationship Manager within MMA Technology, you will be responsible for: Fostering and managing relationships between MMA Tech and its key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Developing and implementing strategies that enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that business needs are understood and met effectively. Partnering with business units to identify pain points, strategic themes, and KPIs Developing product and technology roadmaps focused on delivering strategic value and business outcomes Liaising between Tech and Business teams to create Business and Product Requirements and maintaining visibility into the broader integrated technology roadmap to optimize solutions Experience design - ensuring that interactions with stakeholders are seamless and impactful. You will also prioritize requests and align them with organizational capabilities and resources.
