We’re looking for a skilled Business Relationship Manager to build impactful customer partnerships, uncover growth opportunities, and provide technical leadership across key applications in our region. Requirements

  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior customer levels.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar customer‑facing role.
  • Technical background or hands‑on experience in industrial water treatment, pulp & paper, recovery boiler, cooling, or wastewater applications (strongly preferred).
  • Ability to translate technical insight into customer value and commercial success.
  • A passion for coaching, team development, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record
  • HS Diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Customer Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers and influencers across an assigned portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer goals and aligning them with our products, services, and technical capabilities.
  • Lead regular strategy and review meetings with customer leadership teams to identify needs, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Growth & Opportunity Development Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Increase revenue per account by positioning the full value of our solutions and expanding share of wallet.
  • Drive demand and raise brand visibility within your customer base.
  • Technical Expertise & Regional Support Support field trials across the region, ensuring proper execution, measurement, and communication of results.
  • Provide technical coaching and development for employees in key specialty areas, including Recovery boiler applications, Cooling systems, and Wastewater treatment Serve as a subject matter resource to help teams troubleshoot, optimize, and deliver superior customer outcomes.
