With a strong reputation for client advocacy and results, the firm is seeking an experienced Business and Real Estate Litigator (Of Counsel) licensed in Texas. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator or small/solo practitioner seeking supplemental caseload support while maintaining independence. The firm provides infrastructure, resources, and an established client base, allowing attorneys to focus on practicing law while benefiting from the flexibility of an Of Counsel arrangement.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in Texas.
- 8–10 years of experience in civil litigation, with emphasis on business and real estate matters.
- Strong trial, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in business and real estate disputes, including contract, partnership, and property-related litigation.
- Conduct discovery, depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
- Provide strategic legal advice and develop litigation strategies tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
