We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented individual to support our B2B product and client experience teams. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of project management practices, a passion for driving operational excellence and change management across cross-functional teams, and experience in agile product management practices and agile tools (JIRA, JPD, Confluence, etc.), Key Responsibilities : Program Support Partner with divisional program leads to drive tighter integration across Product, Journeys, Marketing and the NPS team to enable more impactful positioning to clients. Own reporting, governance, and stakeholder forums for the Plan Sponsor Experience program, enhancing program-level processes to improve efficiency and stakeholder engagement. Establish and lead B2B CX Big Room Planning sessions to strengthen product planning alignment across the B2B portfolio, leveraging standardized documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination. Connecting NPS Feedback with Product Lead and partner cross-functionally with divisional teams (Marketing, DE, CSG, etc.) to coordinate and improve our NPS feedback loop process, connecting feedback from our client-facing crew and NPS survey themes with B2B Product Managers and their backlogs. Provide input and help coordinate communication between B2B Product Managers and client-facing teams, enabling our crew to message an effective story with Plan Sponsors. Agile Tooling & Product Lifecycle Support Ensure accountability by reinforcing Product Manager adherence to the DPM Standards, Playbook and Methodology. Collaborate with UX Operations and VWS Tech to enhance processes and best practices for Product Managers as part of the product-centric operating model. Optimize tools and workflows for Product Managers and Client Experience Owners by assessing current-state utilization (i.e. JPD, Confluence, Jira, etc), promoting new tooling considerations, and designing/implementing best practices. Saleo Sales Demo Project Management Partner with UX to support execution of Saleo integration across workflows, ensuring adoption and alignment with strategic objectives to advance the Workplace Solutions sales demo strategy. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Saleo usage, supporting ongoing enhancements and best practices. Deliver change management activities, including communications, training sessions, and enablement tailored to diverse audiences. Change Management & Enablement Collaborate on change management efforts for new product launches, processes, tools, and other initiatives impacting both B2B and/or our plan sponsors Partner to establish new processes for the B2B Enablement team that support our ability to manage work, scope, and capacity as well as metrics and KPI tracking for team initiatives
