Senior Coach – Role Overview (High‑Level) The Senior Coach partners with senior and executive leaders to strengthen how work is managed, improved, and sustained across the organization. This role provides high‑impact, one-on-one coaching focused not only on management practices and systems, but also on the leadership behaviors and cultural norms that enable continuous improvement. The Senior Coach helps leaders model the right behaviors, reinforce learning and problem‑solving habits, and create environments where teams are empowered to identify issues, improve processes, and align daily work with strategic priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Senior Coach assesses organizational maturity, offers practical and behavior‑based guidance, and connects leaders with improvement expertise and resources to drive lasting performance and cultural change. Requirements

Minimum of eight years related business experience.
Financial Services and function-specific experience required.
Minimum of four years project management experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
