About The Position

With a vision to "Build and sell Microsoft AI, Cloud applications, services, and devices with partners, empowering people and organizations to achieve more," Windows & Device Sales (WDS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions–at scale. As part of WDS, Device Partner Sales (DPS) plays a critical role in achieving this mission. We build, market and sell breakthrough AI-powered devices and cloud experiences with partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), device distribution and reseller channels, Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Silicon providers. We work closely across the device partner ecosystem and internal teams to transform the world of computing. Opportunities in DPS are expansive. We span the entire product lifecycle from incubation, prototyping, and portfolio planning to the device design, and selling them through the Retail, Distribution and Reseller channel, sell-through to their consumer and commercial customers. As a member of our team, you will be part of growing a multibillion-dollar business, charting new areas of innovation and contributing to our partnership engagements worldwide. You will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of Windows devices and AI services in partnership with the strength of our device partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on non-technical project completion.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management and consultative skills.
  • Excellent executive communication skills.
  • Ability to think in multi-year horizons and craft strategies aligned to business and partner priorities.
  • Proficiency in using data and market signals to guide decisions.

  • Experience in the technology industry, particularly in AI and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and incentive programs.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in program management.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and scale strategic programs for partners that drive business growth, innovation, AI adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Use a consultant-like, data-driven approach to align the program and partner strategies with DPS priorities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across business groups and champion stakeholder success.
  • Embed compliance and regulatory integrity into every program led.
  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end design, execution, and health of partner incentive programs.
  • Support Microsoft’s investment, product, and customer experience priorities across the Windows device ecosystem.
  • Drive scalable, partner-focused initiatives and lead large programs with partners.
  • Focus on simplifying complexity, enabling innovation, and accelerating adoption of secure, AI-ready Windows experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Business, CELA, Finance, Ops, and others.
