Data Center Supply Solutions (DCSS) Team works to deliver capacity supply
options across multiple network footprint opportunities to meet the needs of
customer demands. We are a team of highly motivated professionals who enable the
capacity needed to support AWS customers and optimize the largest cloud services
company on Earth!

As a member of the Data Center Supply Solutions Business Operations Team, you
will manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, as well as processes and tools
needed to support incoming supply opportunities to meet customer demand. We are
looking for a Business Program Manager to support Amazon’s rapidly growing real
estate and colocation business. Our team is seeking someone who has the uncanny
ability to always know where they are needed, who can identify and drive global
process improvements, and work cross-functionally with other teams. This role’s
primary responsibilities are managing and developing internal processes to track
and simplify real estate and other transactions from beginning to end,
partnering with stakeholder teams to drive standardization, and implement global
solutions while improving the customer experience that delivers visibility to
senior leadership.

You must have real estate contract expertise and excellent oral and written
communication skills as this position involves direct contact with principal
business owners and legal partners. Flexibility, sharp organizational and
process-oriented skills, a self-starting work ethic, and keen attention to
detail are desired.

A day in the life
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation
of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the
cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage,
networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have
continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging

chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
• 3+ years of contract management, paralegal or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• 3+ years of real estate and/or construction contract experience
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple, concurrent long- and short-term tasks and prioritize tasks based on competing demands; ability to follow through and meet deadlines
