We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Business and Process Management team as the Business Process Technology Specialist (Technology Support Specialist I). The ideal candidate in this role should have a positive attitude and an active, energetic mind characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness. Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Business and Process Management and in coordination with the Associate Vice President of Infrastructure Services, the Business Process Technology Specialist provides program administration support for key technology services, including Dropbox, TitanGPT, and other assigned platforms. The position assists in coordinating program operations, maintaining documentation, and supporting user-facing processes. The Business Process Technology Specialist also supports the division’s innovation efforts by assisting with meeting preparation, tracking tasks, coordinating communication, and helping maintain processes developed by the Senior Director. This position ensures that innovation-related efforts stay organized, documented, and on schedule. Additionally, the Business Process Technology Specialist provides general administrative support for the Associate Vice President of Infrastructure Services, assisting with calendars, meetings, and routine office functions. Other duties assigned.
