A Day in the Life As Director, Planisware Enterprise Office, you will lead the continued use, adoption, and optimization of Planisware across the enterprise. This role will drive cross-functional alignment, enhance portfolio, program, project visibility, and enable scalable project delivery practices centered on a “One Best Way” approach utilizing Planisware. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 10+ years of relevant experience with 7+ years of leadership experience or a advanced degree with 8+ years of experience with 7+ years of leadership experience.

  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy / Roadmap & Team Development and Ownership of the Enterprise Strategy roadmap - Outlines multi-year roadmap priorities and alignment with enterprise growth objectives with the Product Ownership team.
  • Implementation Roadmap - A phased plan detailing milestones, timelines, resource needs, and dependencies for growth objectives.
  • Budgetary – Develop, own and manage financial oversight including AOP and cost center.
  • Planisware Office - Build and lead a high-performing team of Planisware support with system administrators, analysts, and program managers.
  • Implementation & Training Process - Lead the development, management and accessibility of efficient processes supporting the use of Planisware.
  • System - Ensure the system supports effective use of project management workflows, templates, tools, resource planning, financials and reporting capabilities.
  • Training - Lead in the development, storage and roll out of a training curriculum to include guides, videos, and live sessions for users and admins, as well as new user onboarding materials.
  • Governance & Standards System Governance Model - Leads the governance model assuring the right team members assigned, RACI utilized, and decision-making structures in partnership with the Product Ownership team aligned.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Suite - Partners with Enterprise Operations Insights Data Analytics team for strategic roadmap and prioritization of analytics for portfolio visibility and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management – Establish effective governance, data standards, and reporting frameworks within the system.
  • Change Management & Adoption Change Management – Owns assuring communication on change is communicated effectively across the end user and teams System Changes / Configuration - Partner with IT on Planisware configuration change and enhancements to ensure stability, usability and scalability.
  • Adoption - Works cross functionally on the adoption strategy into how teams plan, execute and manage work using Planisware.
  • Continuous Improvement & Optimization Optimization Focus – End user efficiencies, workflows, templates, data integrity and use of analytics, AI/ML and/or agentic AI.
  • Post-Implementation Review & Lessons Learned - Evaluation of rollout effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Enhancement Backlog & Release Plan - Prioritized list of future improvements aligned and built into future system updates.
  • User Feedback & Support Model - Mechanism for collecting feedback and providing ongoing support.
