As a Business Process Owner you will be the owner and custodian of processes within the Signify Supply Chain domain as we undergo the transformation that will take us from our current process and system landscape to our future state with S/4HANA. Requirements

  • You possess proven, solid, end-to-end knowledge of Supply Chain and can demonstrate intimate knowledge of the SAP landscape, including SAP satellite systems (e.g. IBP) and relevant processes.
  • You have 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in Supply Chain (or adjacent) process design or improvement, possess strong stakeholder management skills and a "can do" mentality.
  • You are driven, meticulous, resilient, self-reliant and structured.
  • Your analytical skills are superb and you have experience with process design and management.
  • You have a strong ability to influence people outside of your direct hierarchical structure and the soft skills to build teams, align goals, teach, motivate and manage change.
  • You are ideally certified in Project Management/Lean Advanced or Green Belt certified and possess Business Modeling skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Responsibilities

  • You will drive the Design, Transformation, Deployment and Continuous Improvements of our Business processes and capabilities, to achieve and maintain process excellence, in line with stakeholder improvement roadmaps, audit findings and feedback of subject matter experts.
  • You will continuously monitor process performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving process output and process efficiency and strive for excellence in process design, maintenance and documentation in line with the Signify Quality Policy, and you will supervise and report financial progress of non-manufacturing costs.
  • You will stimulate and support adoption of proven practices and standard processes, facilitate learning and provide process training (for competency development) as well as capture learnings and actively share success within your network
  • You will collaborate with all Process domains, relevant Functions, and other stakeholders to drive selection, design and configuration of right technology and data solutions to improve process effectiveness and efficiency and will by the product owner of relevant tooling.

  • Salary: $163,000- $239,000 based on experience
  • Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 20%
