About The Position

The Intelisys Business Process Manager will help strengthen how our operations teams work, ensuring our processes are well-documented, consistently followed, and continuously improved. This role sits within the Operational Excellence function and partners closely with functional managers, system administrators, and Sales Operations to drive meaningful, measurable change across the organization. This role will also take on and lead special projects as directed and is expected to espouse some light project management skills. The Business Process Manager thrives on bringing order to complexity, gets energized by helping teams work smarter, and knows how to translate complex process knowledge into practical tools and training.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Background in operations, business processes, enablement, project execution, executive support, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to document complex processes clearly and accurately
  • Experience working across teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with CRM or operational tools (Monday.com experience a plus)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator — in writing, in documentation, and in person
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping to create structure where it doesn't yet exist
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in metrics and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven — you build trust with peers and managers alike

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for processes across teams
  • Partner with system administrators to ensure systems are documented, configured, and aligned with organizational standards
  • Support the design and documentation of new processes as the business evolves
  • Monitor QA metrics to identify gaps in process adherence and operational consistency
  • Surface findings and recommended actions to the Director of Operational Excellence and relevant functional managers
  • Contribute to dashboards and reporting that give leadership clear visibility into key operational performance indicators
  • Ensure training materials and process documentation are current, accessible, and useful to the teams who depend on them
  • Collaborate with functional managers to close gaps between documented processes and actual team behavior
  • Champion tool adoption and help teams build habits that support consistent, high-quality execution
