About The Position

This role owns the pre-hire appointment process from processing complete through Day 1 Start across 87 field nodes, directly impacting approximately 800,000 candidates annually. It sits at the intersection of tactical execution and strategic network transformation, driving meaningful improvement at scale. This is a rare opportunity to lead a function where operational precision and big-picture thinking are equally valued. The Business Process Manager leads field business reviews and owns the strategic reporting that keeps the network accountable to its most critical priorities. This person drives post-processing workflows that create clear ownership and measurable outcomes across field teams. Root cause analysis, cross-functional influence, and performance improvement are the core levers of this role. You will shape how 87 nodes operate from processing complete to Day 1 — not just today, but for the long term.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

  • Documents current-state processes and identifies gaps, inefficiencies, and redundancies; benchmarks against best practices and recommends enhancements.
  • Designs future-state processes with clear steps, owners, and decision points, ensuring they are scalable, repeatable, and aligned to organizational standards.
  • Maintains up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Leads network-wide process improvement initiatives, using data to prioritize, validate, and scale changes across the network.
  • Designs and facilitates weekly business reviews with a structured, data-driven agenda focused on meaningful signals and actionable outcomes.
  • Identifies patterns across data points to distinguish noise from meaningful signals, escalating risks as needed.
  • Pilots new process designs, measures outcomes, and scales successful changes across the network.
  • Proactively identifies automation and efficiency opportunities within owned workflows, driving implementation of solutions that reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
  • Aligns stakeholders on process changes, communicating impacts and timelines clearly.
  • Influences field operations, compliance, recruiting, and program stakeholder teams without direct authority.
  • Owns candidate survey reporting, bringing visibility to trends and driving improvements to the candidate experience.
  • Owns the drug test process and pre-Day 1 Start activities, ensuring a seamless candidate journey through all pre-hire milestones.
  • Travels to sites a minimum of 50% of the time to support in-person process oversight, stakeholder engagement, and on-the-ground implementation of network improvements.
