This is a role within the Operational Excellence Center of Excellence within TD, America's Most Convenient Bank. Operational Excellence has 3 primary mandates: Process Re-Engineering responsible to design and implement optimized processes across the US market, aligned with our strategic goals Automation Factory responsible for automating manual processes and controls to reduce risk and enable straight through processing Procedure Factory responsible for completing a one-time uplift as well as subsequent management for all Processes and Procedures across AMCB to ensure they are documented consistently, end to end, in accordance with our new standards, aligned to our Process and Product taxonomy and inclusive of all applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations, Policies, Standards, Issues, Risks, Controls, Procedures, Process Maps, Business Capabilities, Assets, EUCs, Models and Non-Models. Preference for candidate to be Lean Six Sigma Certified. As part of the application process, an assessment will be administered to ensure you are able to demonstrate your ability to execute on the primary responsibilities of the role. The Business Process Manager II uses bank operations knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience to partner with the business lines he/she supports. Analyzes current business processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement, increase operational efficiency, provide business line project support, develop and maintain metrics/service level reporting and serve as a subject matter expert for assigned units.
