Lead, Redesign & Improve the Way We Work You’ll own the process from vision to execution, guiding teams and stakeholders toward meaningful change. Analyze & Design Solutions : Translate business goals into functional, outcome-focused process improvements. Drive Process Transformation : Facilitate solution planning, perform gap analyses, and develop sustainable business practices. Manage Projects End-to-End : Oversee project execution, risks, timelines, and stakeholder engagement from start to finish. Build System Alignment : Integrate tools and platforms to eliminate inefficiencies and improve transparency. Train & Guide Teams : Develop tools, training, and documentation that ensure successful adoption and lasting results. Monitor & Report Impact : Track KPIs, report outcomes, and continuously improve process effectiveness across functions. Collaborate Across the Enterprise Your expertise will bring structure and cohesion across departments, empowering smarter decision-making and operational harmony. Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement : Align cross-functional teams and foster open communication. Lead Change Initiatives : Champion adoption of new processes using practical management principles. Leverage Business Intelligence : Use data and system insights to influence process optimization and performance metrics. Manage Relationships : Build trust with internal and external partners to support execution and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years in business process design or management, including experience leading system adoption
  • 4+ years in the maritime and/or logistics industry
  • Deep understanding of process methodologies, change management, and system functionality
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; Intermediate Word, Outlook, Access, SharePoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Vilden, Inform, TMW TruckMate, Trinium, or Terminal Operating Systems (N4, Tideworks)
  • Experience conducting market analysis, business case development, and feasibility studies
