About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Business Process Engineer based onsite at our Fibrebond manufacturing campus in Minden, LA. Relocation assistance is available to candidate currently residing in the US. In this role, you will develop and lead Analytics, business intelligence and data management capabilities by executing a strategic roadmap that enables the effective, scalable use of data for the site. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and cross‑functional teams to analyze, design, and continuously improve business processes that enhance efficiency, data quality, and operational effectiveness. Additionally, you will leverage strong technical expertise and a passion for creative problem solving to translate business needs into data‑driven process improvements, system enhancements, and actionable insights. This role will lead and participate in business process improvement events focused on optimizing data collection, data management, and data presentation processes, including ERP data collection initiatives and requirements analysis, to deliver robust solutions that support faster, higher‑quality decision making. The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer/information systems, data analytics or similar from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of experience analyzing and improving business processes in an operational or enterprise environment; including documenting processes, requirements, and workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations or supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Experience supporting system implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience training others on data tools and reporting platform outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define future state processes, and document business needs.
  • Design and implement process improvements aligned with business strategy, operational goals, and continuous improvement principles.
  • Develop, maintain, and support business intelligence and automation solutions, including Power BI, Power Automate, and ERP reporting.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of manufacturing and execution systems (BOMs, routings, work instructions, costing, OEE, shop floor control, material planning).
  • Partner with IT and system owners to support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting solutions that enable optimized processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support data analysis and reporting efforts to measure process performance and support decision making.
  • Translate data and analysis into clear insights, recommendations, and business cases for change.
  • Participate in project planning activities, including effort estimation, solution reviews, and implementation support.
  • Support change management, training, and adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives by supporting digital transformation, data driven manufacturing or operational processes, and integration of advanced technologies to improve visibility, connectivity, and performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives including Kaizen and Lean and other operational excellence programs.
