About The Position

Artemis ARC seeks a Business Process Engineer to support transformation and optimization efforts within Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Healthcare Engineering & Facilities Programs (HEFP). This role focuses on analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and mission performance. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience applying structured methodologies to drive sustainable improvements across complex organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or program support.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Experience supporting federal or VA programs.
  • Experience with workflow automation or digital transformation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process reengineering and performance improvement initiatives specific to the VHA healthcare engineering and facilities program environment.
  • Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions.
  • Develop reports, white papers, and executive briefings to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support change management initiatives and assist with training development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and sustain process improvements.
