Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
8+ years of relevant experience supporting data analytics, data science, or performance/mission analysis efforts.
Expert-level ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets, ideally within cybersecurity mission environments.
Demonstrated experience developing metrics and translating analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-ready briefings and written products.

Nice To Haves

Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources to produce operational or strategic insights
Experience creating repeatable analytic processes and improving data quality and usability
Familiarity with tools used for reporting, visualization, or dashboarding (as applicable to customer environment)

Responsibilities

Apply expert-level analytics and data science techniques to cybersecurity-related datasets to identify trends, gaps, and mission insights.
Manage and/or develop databases to support reliable data storage, retrieval, and analytic workflows.
Use analytic tools and methodologies to generate metrics, conclusions, and measurable outcomes aligned to mission and organizational priorities.
Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings to communicate findings to senior leaders and management teams.
Partner with stakeholders to understand operational objectives and translate needs into data-driven approaches and solutions.
Ensure analytic products are accurate, repeatable, and suitable for operational and executive decision-making.
