About The Position

Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing low-code online forms and workflows to automate business processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and achieve institutional objectives. This role involves collaborating with the Software Solutions team and cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in business processes that can be addressed through online forms and workflows, then collecting technical requirements, implementing the desired solutions, and providing end-user training to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations with familiarity regarding software development, process mapping, or low-code automation development.
• Fosters an inclusive team environment and works well with cross-functional teams.
• Takes initiative to identify problems and discover ways to solve them with minimal supervision.
• Exibits a natural leadership ability to organize members toward achieving organizational goals.
• Capable of triaging issues with a focus on identifying and prioritizing high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various departments to automate existing business processes with the goals of improving effeciency, facilitating standardization, and improving user experience.
• Create intuitive and efficient web forms that are user friendly while ensuring data hygiene standards that honor business process requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to reduce manual data entry and streamline operations.
• Work with Software Solutions team to ensure seamless data exchange between core platforms like CRM, ERP, and Document Management Systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges relevant to business process automation solutions and provide ongoing support to internal users.
• Develop training materials and lead sessions for new and existing users to educate them on existing business process automations and how to use them effectively.
• Other duties as assigned
