Requirements

Education: A recent or in-progress Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
Experience: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis.
Core Competencies: Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
Technical Familiarity: A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Experience: Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role.
RPA Skills: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is a significant plus.
Language: English language required, German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements engineering activities by eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements from client stakeholders.
Analyze and document client business processes ("As-Is") and collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized and automated future-state ("To-Be") processes.
Identify and qualify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.
Support in creating presentations, project plans, and documentation within various Customer Experience projects.
Assist in developing innovative concepts and implementing sophisticated solutions that blend process optimization with technology.
Assist in market research and business development activities within the Customer Experience and process automation domain.
