Responsibilities

• Process & Controls Development: Build and establish robust IT operational processes and controls specifically tailored for critical migration projects.
• Documentation and Planning: Create detailed project documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and procedural guides.
• Critical Incident Management: Lead the team in the planning and execution of critical incident response, ensuring a clear and effective protocol is in place.
• Team Leadership and Development: Act as a leader to the project team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to groom team members and improve overall performance.
• Agile Project Management: Manage the project using Agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, adaptability, and continuous delivery.
