We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive Digital Transformation and data efficiency within the Boeing Interiors Responsibility Center supporting the 787 program. In this role, you will: Lead the development and maintenance of business process analysis to provide site-wide improvements. Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations to create and maintain data dashboards and provide innovative tools that support decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish strategic business processes that optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and/or SQL server management.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Minimum 3+ years with process automation, application development, and code deployment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • Working knowledge of GCODE, its deployment on CNC machinery, and application within a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of ERP/ERPLN/ERPMART.
  • Working knowledge of Boeing Common Data Warehouse (CDW) and/or Teradata.
  • Working Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Industrial Engineering work statement.
  • Working Knowledge of Visual Basic.
  • 3 or more years' experience in a Manufacturing environment.
  • 3 or more years' experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and directs the development and maintenance of the business process architecture for process improvement strategies and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains processes to improve efficiency and cost through the use of process methods, tools and modeling, process standards and guidelines, metric consultation and data analysis.
  • Works with managers to scope, plan and establish business process direction and strategies.
  • Facilitates the development of business case and risk analysis of process investment, returns, affordability and resource requirements.
  • Provides guidance and implements data and information management standards; consolidates and simplifies process documents.
  • Acts as liaison between customers and information technology organization to communicate and resolve issues related to computing system requirements.
