The Business Process Analyst / Subject Matter Expert collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to document and communicate business process models, standard operating procedures, project requirements and test cases. Their goal is to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, enhance productivity, and improve overall performance. The Business Process Analyst / Subject Matter Expert is responsible for facilitating cross functional discussions, documenting processes and procedures, and enabling best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution and business operations.
