About The Position

The Business Process Analyst / Subject Matter Expert collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to document and communicate business process models, standard operating procedures, project requirements and test cases. Their goal is to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, enhance productivity, and improve overall performance. The Business Process Analyst / Subject Matter Expert is responsible for facilitating cross functional discussions, documenting processes and procedures, and enabling best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution and business operations. We have a generous retirement plan with 10% guaranteed and up to 5% discretionary provided by the company annually once eligibility is met, with no minimum required contributions out of your pocket. Requirements

  • BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or other Business-related degree; or equivalent experience and training required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, training/or education required
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross functional discussions to obtain shared understanding of business process and standard operating procedures.
  • Create standardized documentation that can be used as a resource for training as well as a basis for business requirements and test cases for future projects and enhancements.
  • Establish a regular review and audit process to ensure documentation is kept up to date and accessible to teams when needed.
  • Participate as a dedicated project resource to support the Butler teams as needed.
  • Proactively manage, respond, and resolve unforeseen challenges in a timely manner.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Assess the impact of changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Answer technical or process questions in order to ensure our customers receive timely excellent customer service.
  • Maintain working knowledge to support customers by attending training and staying current with operations processes and procedures.
  • Work with the various teams to create or contribute to training and change management materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
