About The Position

CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is a rapidly growing alternative finance company that provides working capital to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the US through Revenue-Based Financing. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our team for an internship in New York, NY.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and presentations skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate conversations to documented results.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn new tools, methods, and business concepts.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Superior attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects a must.

Responsibilities

• Process analysis on a range of data sets to identify potential issues and opportunities for enhancements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, and analyze business processes from multiple sources.
• Create scripts and process flows based on information collected.
• Review scripts with senior management before handoff to external vendors.
• Work with external vendors to develop storyboards based on scripts.
• Interact with external vendors and test learning management system modules.
