About The Team The Digital Transformation and Solutions team is responsible for a range of projects under the Issuing portfolio. The team automates manual processes and implements various solutions listed below. UiPath RPA, Microsoft: AI, CoPilot, Power Automate GATS: FIS internal tool Excel VBA

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio or Lucid chart.
  • Basic understanding of automation concepts and common RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Exposure to SQL or simple data querying.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Interest in learning scripting or programming basics (e.g., Python, VB.NET).

Responsibilities

  • Documenting business requirements and mapping end to end diagram process flow.
  • Following up with business requirement approval.
  • Peer review business requirements with development team.
  • Support business UAT testing.
  • Manage all artifacts and store them on Microsoft project team channel.
