About The Position

Business Process Analyst and Knowledge Management Specialist The Opportunity: Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of a prominent DoD knowledge management (KM) repository. Engage with stakeholders to better understand knowledge and content management needs, collect KM artifacts, and assist in uploading documents to the site, as needed. Provide solutions to user requests, including access control, site-page updates, and page creation. Ensure site access control and facilitate version control between multiple platforms in collaboration with the security office and program office. Support the optimization and site page layout for indexing KM artifacts and making other improvements, as necessary. This position is located in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Requirements

  • Experience with Confluence or collaborative documentation tools such as Notion, Microsoft SharePoint, and Google Workspace, to create, manage, and organize team knowledge bases, project documentation, meeting notes, or process workflows
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and 365 Teams
  • Experience solving client problems
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships while collaborating across various cross-functional teams
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
  • Ability to brief updates and conduct demos for leadership and varying stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
