About The Position

Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) is seeking a Business Partner Manager to join our Managed Services team, embedded within a global technology company. This role will manage strategic partnerships related to the company’s live shopping and FAST/linear streaming channel’s distribution to third party services (ie. Samsung TV+). This role will work hand-in-hand with Business Development, securing agreements and translating them into operational execution, coordinating internally with finance, marketing, and operations teams while maintaining clear communication with partners. This role requires strong program management, organization, and relationship management skills in a fast-moving media environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and partner-focused. They are comfortable coordinating across multiple teams, maintaining detailed operational trackers, and ensuring partnership commitments are executed smoothly from negotiation through delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in TV distribution, business development, partnership management, program management, account management, or media business operations
  • Familiarity with FAST channels, OTT platforms, or digital content distribution
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with campaign operations, marketing asset delivery, or content programming
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance dashboards and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience supporting digital media, content, creator partnerships, or livestream commerce

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Relationship Management
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for external partners, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Communicate updates related to programming schedules, campaigns, and partnership deliverables.
  • Deal Execution & Contract Tracking
  • Support the Business Development team during deal negotiations, helping operationalize partnership agreements.
  • Maintain a detailed tracker of deal terms, deliverables, and contractual commitments.
  • Monitor renewal timelines and partnership milestones.
  • Partner Onboarding & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate onboarding for new partners by working with finance, operations, marketing, and programming teams.
  • Ensure partners are integrated into company workflows and systems.
  • Cross Functional Coordination
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure partner commitments are delivered on time.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively address issues that may impact partner success.
