The work: In this role, you will be at the forefront of business process design, working to analyze, optimize, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring that all business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable plans. You will leverage your expertise in solutioning to design and refine processes that enhance efficiency and scalability. A key aspect of your work will involve conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, enabling you to recommend and implement tailored solutions that drive measurable improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business-process improvement, operational excellence, or performance-management consulting.
• Proven record leading process-reengineering projects across complex organizations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; capable of engaging with stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship required.
